I have been battling an unhealthy body image and weightloss for most of my life; I've done the stravation thing, the laxative and tea thing, but at age 39, I choose my life, and that means a complete lifestyle re-design.
And 1 1/2 years ago that is just what I began, using food as a way to nourish my body mind and spirit instead of stuff feelings and worse yet hide from them while distorting my physical body.
I found exercise and fitness and nurtritional education through a personal trainer who was trained in sport psychology and nutrition, began practicing Meditation and received biofeedback, a technique proven to relive stress which is at the root cause of unhealthy, careless eating.

To make a delicious low fat mayonnaise simply combine one teaspoon Dijon mustard or one teaspoon satay sauce with low fat yoghurt

Avoid skipping meals. Eating increases your metabolism, thus skipping meals can 'trick' your body into slowing down its metabolism in an attempt to conserve calories during a period it perceives as a situation where limited fuel is available.

Yeah exercise helps to keeep the weight in order and make the people sharp.If you eat a balance diet and join a gym you will never be a looser in your life.
