Took trimspa for a few months about 3 years ago. It did nothing for me. Not "very little" or "barely noticeable". I truly mean nothing. Zilch. Taking big pills with water was basically the effect.

It it works for you, that's awesome and I wish you luck. Just giving my personal experience on it.

Unfortunately, the only pill that ever worked for me was phentermine. But I did gain back some of the weight I lost on phentermine. On the "glass half full" side, my weight seems to be very stable, so I appear to have "really" lost weight on phentermine; just not as much as I thought I did. It was also a whole lot of fun to take.

On phentermine, I was 250, went down to 220, went back up to 230 and I appear to be stable. I'm now inching down to the upper 220s through healthy diet and exercise 2-3 times a week.

Trimspa did nothing for me either! I am going to start Phen soon. Why did you stop if it was good?
