I have been taking alli for about a week and I found the perfect diet regiment. I am also doing weight watchers while taking alli. I promise it WORKS!!

I did weight watchers over a year ago and lost 13 lbs in 1 1/2 months. This is perfectly heathly because it is known that losing 2-3 lbs per week is a healthy way to diet. Weight Watchers gives everybody in each weight bracket so many points each day. In my weight category, I get 20 points. Points are detemined by how many calories, fat grams, and grams of fiber are in each serving. This allows you to eat whatever you want as long as you stay within the points. And because Weight Watchers uses grams of fat to calculate points, this is a great diet to go along with taking Alli.

A typical day for me always begins with coffee. Then I usually eat a banana around 10:30. (I do not take Alli with my banana). At lunch I take my first Alli pill of the day. I eat 2 oz. of turkey breast, cucumbers, yogurt, and a 100 calorie pack of Cheetos. Around 3:30, I eat either another banana, cucumbers, or a type of fruit. I TRY TO SAVE THE MAJORITY OF MY POINTS FOR SUPPER AND THE EVENING. For some reason that is the hardest time for me to try to eat healthy. Then, at supper time, I take another Alli, and eat a Lean Cuisine. (They are actually really good . . . way better than Healthy Choice or Smart Ones). If I am still hungry, I will eat some type of fruit or vegetable. Somtimes I count out about 15 tostitos and eat them with salsa.

WEIGHT WATCHERS and ALLI together is the way to go . . . I PROMISE IT WORKS. Even guys can do weight watchers. I do experience the gross side effects, but it is only getting rid of the little fat that I do intake.
