Before starting Alli, I would try to just give the excersize and diet a little longer. If you belong to a gym, see if you can get some tips from their personal trainer to get rid of the fat. I started Alli last Saturday and I didn't experience any of the unpleasant side effects, but I had the worst stomach pains. By Monday I was nauseous and coud not keep anything down. This seriously side tracked my normal eating and workout routine. A lot of the reviews I have read were good, I just don't think it was right for me.
...My personal opinion...5'4" and 112 pounds...I'd kill for
Good Luck |

first off, alli is garbage. PLEASE do yourself a favor and don't just put any old store-bought "diet pill" into your body.
Secondly, there is no such thing as "spot-reducing" when you are trying to shed body fat. In other words, your body has a pre-determined order in which it stores fat. So conversely, the fat will come back off in the reverse order. Trying to lose fat in one particular area before losing it in others is simply not possible without some sort of lipo procedure. Your body decides where the fat will come off and in what order. |
