Due to get my blood pressure check this Thursday, so far so good. Weight loss is on schedule...

It was damned hard finding old photos of myself, because I didn't want anyone to take a full body shot of me for such a long time. The old photo I have posted below is of me at my work's Christmas party last year.

Keep in mind that at that point I had already lost about 6 kilos over a period of about 3 months.

The later photos were taken today in my work's shower room, ala myspace. Wink

Gross...I don't even want to imagine how I was like at 82 kgs let alone 76!

Better...9 kgs to go for my healthy weight! Very Happy

Thanks! My best mate back in Australia does hair and got a hold of me - she's been desperate to do something a little crazy to my hair for years, I made her keep it a little conservative though because of work.

Now I've got to get out of the laziness to up keep it. lol

When I get to my healthy weight, I'll post another pic.

You look perfect in that last pic! Remember, Some people carry it differently. You dont want to get rail thin..

nah, rail thin is impossible with my body type Smile

You can't really see how huge my thighs and arse is in these pics! I always lose around my waist/stomach and face first so I come across as a lot thinner than I am. People tend to guess I'm 5-10 kgs lighter than I really am.

thanks! I'm proud to the extent I've got this far. I find if I get too proud, I get lazy and start to slack off on the effort. I've got about a year ahead of me before I get to where I want to be.

lol, thanks. I'm still on the very high end of being overweight though. BMI is about 28.5.
