PLEASE help!
Hello.
I weigh about 160. My daily diet usually consists of ...
morning- oatmeal
lunch-boca burger with salsa
dinner- soup or veggie delight w/sweet onion at subway (rarely)
fruit and veggies throughout the day
I drink a gallon of water a day and I run 2-4 times a week for 45 minutes.
How long will it take to lose twenty pounds?

given the safest option is a pound to 1.5 lbs a week as recomened by doctors. Give it about 5 months at most.
If you want to lose it quicker try excercising more. But I wouldn't recoment losing faster than you should.
It really irks me when people say "I want to lose 20 lbs in 2 weeks! WAAAHHHH". Because it's just plain not healthy, for your body and behaviour.
