3 Week Rapid Weigh Loss System OR Just Lipovarin |
|
|
Hi everyone,
I wanted to get your opinions. I have been contemplating to incorporate diet pills into my weight loss. I am working out at least 3 times a week and want to loose at least 15-20 lbs. I am also eating a lot more protein. SO...should I use the 3 Week Rapid Weight Loss Weight System (which uses Thyrotril, Lipovarin, and Aquadrene together), OR should I just use Lipovarin alone. What do all all think? Which one is more effective? HELP!! |

I contemplated the same thing until I saw the reviews here on the 3 week. What I'm doing is starting on the 3 week for a boost... then switching to just lipovarin. That's my plan right now anyway. As long as my body is still responding to the 3 week, I will continue on.
Good luck & let us know what you decide! |

I also wish to loose 15 to 20 lbs. Considering that thats all i need to loose I decided on just the Lipovarin. I couldnt see spending the money on the 3 week plan when all i need to loose is 15 lbs.
I think it is really a choice.
I bought a 90pill bottle on ebay for $50 Shipping and all. I take 2 in am 3 in afternon and 90 pills will last 18 days........I'll decide what to do after day 14 that will give time to order more or change to something else.

| After reading the replies and going through previous postings, I have finally decided to get the 3 week system! I am planning to use it to jump start it and afterwards, I will switch over to just Lipovarin alone. I'll let you all know how it works out for me. I just ordered it online so I am excited!! =) |

You can get jitter if you are not used to caffeine or you overdo it.
High, hmmm if the caffeine takes you high then your, you may be a little high and have an excess of energy.
Overall the side effects are mild if you take it slowly. Of course things may vary from person to person. |

hello, all. first post!!
anyway, i just wanted to chime in. i was considering both the three week plan and lipovarin. i'm trying to loose about 20-25 pounds. i've used a few diet pills before and nothing has really helped. so i decided to stick with just lipovarin because i didn't want to spend so much just to have it not work like the others...
i just ordered it and it should be here in about a week.
about the jitters, is that only for those of you that are not caffeine people? because, if anything, i have too much caffeine in my diet! also, any other notable side-effects?
thanks!! |

Hi just_me,
Welcome to the Weight Loss Forums!
The jitters are caused if you are not used to caffeine at all or if you are used to it but you overdo it. So start with a lower dosage and cut down on coffee and see how it goes.
Did not heard about any other side effects, its pretty safe.
Take care and let us know how its going.
Good luck. |
