I have been taking Alli for a week now. I stopped for 2 days, because I went on a trip and left the pills at home. Since I started back on, I don't notice the side effects.
Does it cancel out if you don't continuously take the pills?

It takes a few days for the pills to become effective. Give it about 3 days, take one with each meal.
