in need of serious help |

i currently live with 2 fat enablers. all they buy is takeout and junk food because of it being easy and fast, i am mentally handicapped so i cannot leave my house but im a 24 years old male 6'3 and 300 pounds i feel worse and worse every day, i keep getting weaker and have less and less energy during the day. i take mens vitamins in the hope i wont be deficient in anything. but i cannot lose weight and i feel im dangerously close to dying and im scared. i am low income so i cannot afford any of the surgeries or plans like weight waters or anything. i tried walking in place but im so out of shape i cant do that very long and any exercise i do is pretty much voided by the food they bring home for my next meal.
most of my weight is around my midsection. the main help i need is ways to shrink my stomach because i fear its expanded greatly. and ways to increase the bloodflow into my lower body so i could possibly be able to exercise easier. also maybe a cheap food plan that i can stick to to help me lose weight. thanks in advance |

can't you ask them to bring you healthy options? Like grilled chicken and salads? Takeout and fast food doesn't neccessarily always have to be fried foods, burgers, etc.
It's also the amount you eat too. If you feel hungry, drink some water. Alot of the time when your body needs water, it'll send out a hungry, rather than thirsty signal. There's plenty of information out there for you. http://www.sparkpeople.com is a great resource and doesn't cost anything. Do try and keep up the excercise though, because it'll help burn those calories.
Eating healthily isn't expensive. Does anyone cook in your house? Are you able to yourself? Stir fries are incredibly easy to do and healthy since less than a tablespoon of oil is used to cook lots of vegetables and meat.
Dieting isn't about rabbit food either - it's about variety and making concious decisions about what you eat and most importantly how much. Also, weight loss is a lifestyle choice - it's not for now, it's forever. But you're doing it for your health - that's the right way to go about it.
Good luck, I hope you can get through to them and tell them your needs. |

| If you can't leave the house, who pays for you to live? The taxpayer? |
