Do not use the yahoo guy! I have had a terrible experience with him. I cancelled my order because I had a bad feeling about it and after I cancelled the order, my cc was charged 242.00. I have emailed the guy and he said it will be refunded but it has not been and he will not answer my emails. I have my cc co on him doing an investigation on the disputed charge so we will see what happens. Please do not order from this guy, it is a SCAM!

Sorry you had a bad feeling about it, but give him a chance to refund your money. I have to wait several days for returns/refunds from large companies like Amazon, Gaiam, it does not happen immediately.

I am not sure what your bad feeling was, but from my experience and the experience of others on this board and others, Y-Guy has been very reliable, fast and flexible about payment and product.

I cannot say that for many online phen companies.

You cancelled your order. That is where the problem arose. You should've either 1) not ordered, or 2) not cancelled.

how long has it been since you called and asked for your refund?

sorry you had a bad experience.. i order from him took awhile to get our info back and forth but everything worked out perfectly.

What is negative is this ridiculous thread. You posted:

The only reason you are having a problem is because you did a dumb thing and cancelled your order for no reason. It has apparently caused confusion in a clandestine operation that is obviously inundated with orders. In truth, there is NO REASON to not use the Yahoo guy unless you just don't want his product. There are numerous trusted members here who have had EXCELLENT experiences with him.

Anytime you want a refund for something purchased by cc & online, it does not happen instantly. It can take from 1 week to 10 days to get see a credit card reimbursed at most on-line stores, (sometimes 30 days). Everyone should realize that this guy is running a small time operation (compared to other online drug stores) & is suddenly being hit with emails & orders and questions. I haven't ordered from him yet, but I read this forum all the time & have not read anything negative about the product this guy sells. The only thing people have complained about is the time it takes to get the final product - so it should not be considered unusual if the same goes for the return process. I'd give it a little time before yelling scam.

Can i ask what happend to make you change your mind?

I did not use him because i dont have the slighest clue when i went to the doctor and i did not want to fill out those forms, plus i had no way to get it back to him. It seemed easier for me to just order online from another place less work in my opinion. If i had a fax i would have used him, lots of people here have had great experiences with him

Oh this is just lovely...the one place that seems to work for everyone and that I am in the process of getting is now being watched and another "contact" will be lost.

Guys, 8 days is NOT a long time to wait!!! I waited 23 days to get an order from an online company and it wasn't even the real thing and they cam from Greece! I would gladly wait a week or two to get a legit product and actually talk to the people I am ordering from that are in the US and actually speak English.

I hate you had a bad feeling, but that does not mean it was a scam. You may should have chosen COD rather than CC.

Well, possibly I spoke too soon. Currently I am having some problems with the Y Guy. Yesterday when I called for about the third time to ask when the doctor was going to call (going on a week since I first spoke to Bill and he said 3 days) they said they would put me through to the doctor. Then guess who gets on the line? Bill. He says he thought the doctor already called me, but he will have the doctor call me right away, in a matter of minutes. It never happens. I call them back 3 hours later and they say Bill is no longer there but they will have the doctor call me. Never happens. Now it's noon eastern time the following day and still no call. I think there is something very strange going on.
