I'm sick of looking and I just want to lose weight. Is there anything out there that I can buy with a mastercard that is like Phentermine?

With that kind of attitude, you'll most likely gain back any weight you lose from Phentermine. Phentermine is a tool to get you where you want to be, it can't drag you there and you'll need to incorporate lifestyle changes such as diet and exericise.
With that said, there are a couple places that people have been purchasing it from on here, albeit expensively. Read the first couple of threads.

Doesn't 75 mg. seem a bit high?
75 mg can't be all phen. It has to be a mixture of something... my god if it was 75mg pure phen you're heart would probably explode.
75mg phentermine resinatum = 15mg pure phentermine.
(The resinatum form makes it "long lasting")
