What is the most useful exercise item you bought? |

I have 3 favorite things that helped me to loose 30 pounds on one year:
1. My Polar Heart Rate Monitor F55
2. My Elliptical Trainer - I refer to it as "The B*tch"!, we have a love/hate relationship
3. Videos: "Carmen Electra's Fit to Strip" and "The Biggest Loser" dvd.
This really helped me. What are yours? |

My treadmill
I was in great shape and was on it every night for an hour..... then I stupidly started dating someone with horrible eating habits and I gained 55 pounds in 3 years. Now I am starting fresh again and back on the treadmill. I think for me my 3 best tools are my treadmill, my computer program that tracks all my calorie intake and excerise and my mirror to keep me motivated!

I'm sure there are alot of haters out their, but the most useful item I bought was the fitness e-book burn the fat feed the muscle.
It was the first of the e-books I purchased, and then I went out and purchased them all.
I often refer to them before visiting with specific clients.
Programs must Incorporate 5 strategies:
1) A Compelling Reason to Change
2) Proper Nutrition
3) Progressive Resistance Training
4) Moderate Aerobic Exercise
5) Consistency
This e-book did all that for me, I created a full-out program for myself and got right out of a plateau that I had been stuck in for 3 months.
Anyways if your interested, here is a link to my review page where I review my three favorites.

| This book is the most useful thing that I've bought. It show exactly what to eat and when and why. I love it and the network of like minded people is great as well! |
