How long did you guys play light mode before you got a hang of it?
How often did you play, on what mode, and how long did it take you to see results?
Sorry for all the questions.

Haha, i've played DDR before, never been really good at it though. Never thought it of a game to help lose weight. Very cool! Has anyone palyed WII Fitness? I played it once and wow, my body was very sore the next day. I really want to get one for myself....having fun and working out is a great idea!

Ive been playing DDR and can tell you that it is an awsome workout. Where now in the year 2010 and i have been doing a DDR project for the PC. Basicly. You can play DDR FOR UNDER $40.
Every DDR Pad can work with your PC even if it is for xbox original. And the program for your PC Is called stepmania and there is literitly no limit to how many songs you can have on it.
Stepmania is 100% Free and works with all DDR Pads. The only time you may have to spend money is: Buying a used DDR Pad for any console.
If you buy playstation or xbox 360 or PC Usaly you can plug them in and play right away. But u have to map it to step mania witch i can help you with and will tell you later how. But if you buy in xbox Origianl pad you either have to:
A. Buy an xbox to PC Adaptor
B. Make your own adapter
I Only spent $5 when making my own because i had to buy electrical tape and other stuff.
If you are interseted in FREE DDR and fully personlized DDR email me: cars_rock5@hotmail.com

I don't understand how to use the DDR pad with the PC. I already have a Wii.... should i just buy the pad and the game?
I'm hoping that i can create a work out program that includes gaming (Wii Sports, Wii Fitness and DDR) because I am not a fan of gyms or working out outside.
