I am a believer. I have been using the Jen Fe Fat Loss Patch for 36 days, I have not made the time to exercise consistantly, but i am drinking plenty of water as reccommended. I noticed my appetite had decreased in 3 days on the patch and also my energy level had increased, it has also made my cravings for junk food disappear. I have been able to change my eatting habits with-out going on a "diet"

I totally agree with you. I tried the patch months ago, and I didn';t really give it a shot. But since then I have recently started back using it and it really does make a big difference. I have also noticed that my appetite has decresed tremendously and I feel so much better, not so tired and dragged down feeling all the time,, good luck.........................

Hi.. I just started the patch today and was interested if anyone has had any positive results. I usually just try to diet and exercise, but with 4 kids, two dogs and work, its gets a little harder at 40 to have the energy to do it. Well i'll keep you guys posted. hoping to be fit, fine and fabulous at 40.

For those who say they lost weight with this patch. How much did you lose? and how did that compare to how many pounds you wanted to lose?

I have been on the Jen Fe weight loss patch for 8 weeks and I have lost inches that are gone forever. The patch has given me more energy than I have had in ten years. My appetite has decreased and my cravings are gone!

I still wear the patch after reaching my goal because of the way I feel. I am wearing this patch for life!

i used to use the jen fe patch but stopped about a year ago because i ran out, or so i thought. i found some brand new patches in my home (less than a year old), but of course, lost the directions. can anyone tell me how often are you supposed to switch the patches? thanks.
