Try exercising for 12 minutes a day |

I am using the 12 minute method that i developed to lose weight.I lost 15bls in three weeks.I tried everything before i did this and i wrote a report on the method.www.workout12minutes.com

I'm new here, but what I found that works for me is simply walking, that's nothing new, but it is a proven way to clear the cobwebs and get the blood flowing.
I recently moved from the city to the country, not way out, but further than I'd been before. Initially I became reclusive (not sure why), then later when cabin fever struck, I'd set off down the road (which is near the river) and day by day, my distance increased, my muscles strengthened and my outlook on life improved, not to mention the waistline.
Anyway, this is my first post, and using this as a way to say hi. |
