3-Week Rapid Weight Loss system doesnt work for me

I tried Lipovarin sometime ago but unfortunately, it did not help me lose any weight at all. In fact, I seemed to have gained some! Crying or Very sad

I went back to Reductil & it helped me lose a bit of weight due to the lesser consumption of food.

I decided to try Lipovarin again & this time the 3-Week Rapid Weight Loss programme after reading some rave reviews about it in this forum. Im already about 1 week into the programme & sad to say, it didnt not help me lose any weight at all! I am so exasperated! Mad

If you follow a well balanced diet, exercise, and drink lots of water, you will lose weight. Take a hard look at your habits - don't blame it all on the pill. It's a tool, not a miracle cure.

I am not blaming on the pill, I am just sharing my experiences here that it doesnt seem to work for me. I read in the forum that someone also shared her experiences that it did not work for her and she was thinking of dumping it away. I drink alot of water with or without taking Lipovarin & after taking Lipovarin, I even do a bit of exercise when I dont previously.

I have hoped that with the 3-weel rapid weight loss system, it would help me lose some weight like it helps some other people in this forum. Maybe it just means that this pill is not working on me, that's all.

I lost over 10lbs on the 3 week system. i thought it was great! i am going for another 3 week system as we speak!
