Diet pills do not work, at least they will not help with 'Healthy' weight loss, which is Fat Loss. Don't be fixated with the figure on the scales (weight). Body Fat is what you need to lose and what you need to measure. Pills are not going to help you long term and may make things worse, don't be a guinea pig.
