I am 29 and started Meridia 15mg on September 14th 2007 I have lost 7 pounds. The first week I lost 5 of them. My snacking has haulted and my it is easier to pick out healthier meals because Im not as hungry as I used to be. Constipation:yea I got it. Its not too unbearable. Headaches all the time at first but not anymore. Sleeping great. I hope this is the answer to my weight loss prayers....We will see. Well Good Luck to everyone and I will check in from time to time.
