i'll take a pill at lunch and nothing happens all afternoon. business as usual. i'll take a pill with dinner and everything is fine. next morning i'll have 1/2 cup oatmeal and have a morning poop. that's when i get all the icky orange stuff FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!! has anyone else experienced what I am now referring to as the "delayed reaction?"

Yea I noticed that with me too. I was kinda nervous about starting alli because I had heard so much about these accidents and then nothing happened for me. I eat really low fat anyway so I thought maybe I just wasn't eating enough fat to get a big reaction. Then I went off my diet for one day and didn't take the pills thinking if i am going off the diet anyway why waste a pill and then it happened! Now I am in a cycle I am on the pills again but I dont have a reaction for anywhere between a few hours to a day later if it was higher fat content. So in short, your not alone!

Had no treatment effects for the entire 2 weeks I was taking the pill and no oily discharge, UNTIL one day I went off my diet and took no pills. I had effects for almost 3 days after. Didn't take any pills during those 3 days either. Nothing bad of course, just noticed the oil for 3 days. So it stays with you for awhile.

It was the same for me, I would get a little bit of orange stuff in the morning the next day. Nothing serious. (This is because I ate the correct amount of fat). Until one day I did not follow the diet and eat alot of fat, and I got Treatment effect. It was really bad.
