how long should i wait before eating after taking a pill?

how long should i wait for it to be working in my system?.. and whats the longest i can wait?

Usually pills ,do not know about alli, enter into the blood stream in about 30 minutes.

If you read the info it says right on there...take it WITh your meal and anywhere up to an hour after you eat a meal with fat and no more than 3 pills a day!

we should be careful with pills otherwise it cause into some other problems
