Ok so I'm 15 about 5'7 and I weigh 180 pounds. I tried to diet today and realised that I've just done the dumbest thing ever. I ate a can of tuna in the morning, then for lunch I drank some chicken noodle soup.....at about 3pm (3hours after I ate lunch) I realized that I was STARVING so i ate a lot of pizza rolls and a muffin it's like I couldn't control myself.....I ate like 3000 calories today just because of those damn pizza rolls....it's less than what I usually eat and I'm planning on exersizing today but can anyone give me any tips on eating so I wont starve myself like i did today. I know its not healthy. THANKS! |

Your first mistake is eating so little earlier in the day. really your biggest meal should be breakfast, then an easy lunch and a very light dinner.
It also means you won't have all that food sitting in your stomach when you go to bed, so you wake up feeling better. |

Indeed, instead of trying to starve yourself, your first diet step should be adding healthy foods into your diet.
Slowly replace unhealthy ones with healthier ones.
Some people can go cold turkey and just start cutting, but others need more of a transition. You sound like the latter.
I would suggest you carry a mini-bags of peanuts around with you.
The guest is correct too, try to have a nice big breakfast. Eggs help boost your metabolism..
Don't stress out, dieting doesn't need to be so forced. Just be aware, and eat healthy foods.
Why did you choose pizza rolls and a muffin when you were hungry? How about yogurt or cheese?
Celery with peanut butter and raisins on top, yum!
You won't overeat if you eat regular meals and healthy snacks!

| Thats right - your biggest meal should always be at breakfast, but remember not to over do it! |
