Update
Hi again. I posted a few days ago when I started the diet and thought the half-way point would be worthy of an update. So far, I've lost a little over three pounds and about an inch off my waist. The diet hasn't been very easy to follow, though. I've been hungry many times throughout the day and have had to distract myself. I wouldn't recommend trying it during a time that you may be under a lot of stress or be low on time. The food preparation time is minimal, but the lack of energy is hard to overcome.
I will post again on Friday morning to announce the final result. So far, my results seem similar to others who have posted, and I expect to lose maybe a total of five or six pounds. We'll see! I would like to say though, that this diet really is calorie-restricted (I haven't done the math, but I don't think I am getting more than 1000 a day), so of course a person is going to lose some weight...
