i have been taking trim spa for a bout 2 weeks and and lost 10 pounds i like it alot it you dont have an appetite or at least i dont i love the stuff and will continue on using it of course you have to cut back on all the bad stuff like the previous post said its not gonna work miraxcles if you arent gonna work at

ive been taking it for 2 weeks also and i too lost 10 lbs. I just want to know if it really continues to work. you know? everyone seems to argue if it works or not i want to know how many people lost weight and kept it off

I have been taking it for one week and have lost 4lbs. I have been doing Weight Watchers at the same time, and not even exercising as much, but I have lost more weight in one week than I usually do with WW and running alone. I hope this stuff keeps working. A girl in my office also lost 6lbs in one week. Good luck! Laughing

A friend of mine was trying to get pregnant for years and was about 70-80lbs overweight. She used trimspa a year ago and lost 60 and ended up getting pregnant, the doctor said her being overweight was the reason for the fertility problems, who knows. She did take the old trimspa that contained the ephedrine though. After the baby she gained some back but is still thinner than she started. She is skeptical about the ephedrine free version but I do know for a fact that Trimspa worked for her. The main results she had was that she was not hungry all day from taking them and didn't crave junk food anymore. She didn't work out at all (although im sure if she did she would have lost more). I have just started taking trimspa this week but I have an old bottle with the ephedrine that was given to me by a friend. I will vouch for the fact that I can go all day without cravings since taking them but I have not seen any weight loss yet as it is too soon to tell. I will keep you posted. When I am out of these ephedrine trim spa's I will have to buy the ephedrine free and I hope they work just as well. Has anyone seen a difference between the two? Are the new ones as effective?
