As of today, quite a few of us have been trying to sign onto his site and keep getting error messages when it comes to the payment section. It says they are temporarily out. How can that be? Has anyone spoke with the office today?

maybe his DSL is down. i know he had a problem a few weeks ago.

Looks like Dr. B has now been shut down!! I hope not....For whatever reason, I cannot submit my payment information. His site says that hey are "out of stock". I guess we may eb out of luck...

i doubt they've been shut down. from what dr. b told me, he's been doing this for many years.

maybe they're just so inundated with new patients that they had to stop and catch up for a few days.

If he was shut down, he would have brought down his own site. The payment site is not owned by him, they just do the processing of payments for him. They likely do processing for other companies as well. It appears that the site that is having the issue is just with the credit card stuff.

I haven't had a need to call, but if anyone has an outstanding order with him, please call and let us know the outcome. Even if you're a habitual lurker and not a poster, we need you to post! Smile

It is really great to hear that you have had such a great experience! That is exactly what we need to hear.
I only mentioned that I thought he was shut down because all other facets of his website were up and running smoothly. The only part of the site that seems to be experiencing problems was the payment section. It wasn't saying that they are experienceing technical difficulties, rather that the meds were currently out of stock.
I am inclined to believe that if Dr. B is a real physician, he will do his best to take care of all of us.
By the way, can you explain the process of how you were able to fill your prescriptions with him if you were out of state. That would be helpful for me, and possibly others.

there were a few ppl throughout iron cowgirls original thread that were having similar issues (when they came to the payment part) and i wonder if you went in using a different browser if that would help?

I just tried to go in through a different browser, and still encountered the same problem. I finally may be on the right track with getting s prescription, and thi shappens. Boo hoo for me!! Sad

I don't think anyone is questioning the drs' legitimacy. He obviously has the best intentions to help people in our situation. That does not mean he can't be shut down. He would probably have no problems with patients in Texas, but there might be issues with legalities in prescribing meds to patients over the state line. I hope that's not the case, but I would not be surprized.

I heard that he is not accepting new patients.

I have been a patient and tried logging on to the follow up section and it works fine.

I read somewhere else that he is only allowed so many perscriptions or something like that.

There must another doctor like him somewhere in the USA!
