Losing Muscle + a bit of Fat
Hi there. Over the past few years with sports i've becoming thicker and more muscular than my liking. I know it's an odd post, but I was wondering how I would go about LOSING muscle, and a couple / few pounds of fat, but I just don't have much to lose of fat. I'm sure there is some way to lose muscle mass, and i'm willing to do just about anything to do it. I'de like to lose about 10 pounds of muscle or so, no more. I'm currently about 141, and would be very satisfied about 131. Any info would be greatly appreciated!!
