Weight Training, Wine with No Carb Diet |
|
|
| I was wondering, I have been weight training three times a week for 14 weeks now. I do see some improvement, but do get discouraged because I think that I should be seeing more of an improvement. I have been combining my weight training with a low/no carb diet, except that I consume about three glasses of wine a night. Would the wine have a negative impact on my weight training ? Is this no carb diet any good or should I consider another diet ? Thanks for your help. |

| if you are seeing results then don't stop keep going. It is not healthy to loose weight very quickly.I don't think that wine is a big factor |

hi well im on a lowno carb/no sugar lownofat diet ive been on it for for ages and i loose anywhere from 2 - 5 kgs a week if i follow it corectly and do 45 mins excersize a day not weekends make sure u drink only water and decafe tea or coffee no milk no sugar and u are also allowed 2 200ml cups of diet lemonade (only diet lemonade all others have some sugar or carbs.and juice has lots of carbs too so stay away from that too do not drink wine or alcohol it has way to much sugar and carbs so basically your wasteing your time on the diet cause your drinking the carbs and sugar that was meant to be cut out but if your happy with the small amount your loosing and it works for u why not

While I don't think wine would have too much an impact on your weight loss consuming 3 glasses of wine 7 days a week is WAY over you reocmmended alcohol guidelines, if you continue drinking at that rate you will induce serious illness.
I reocmmend you try to cut back, weight loss is about being healthy in all aspects of your body |
