I LOOOOOOVVVVEEE IT!!! I am a serious couch potato - I'd rather starve than exercise. You name the dvd (I have over 75) and I bet I have it lol. But I gotta say that HHA is the best and most fun I've tried so far (cardiowise). I dunno it's really strange but, the instructor, Shaun, really makes it fun - it's like he's speaking to you personally. He's really motivating but not in a cheesy 'let's get fit way' - more like I know WE can do this and let's just have a fun good time way.
I slacked off from exercising this summer and am just starting up again to lose my last 15 lbs, so have been trying some new dvds. Some stuff has been fun, but still nothing compares to HHA and I'll be adding it into my cardio rotation again. I plan to order 'Rockin Body' series soon.
As long as you like dancing, you'll really enjoy it.
Good Luck!
PS - btw, maybe you can get HHA at your library to try out...Also maybe try ebay for a less expensive copy. |
