Hi, I am new to this forum and i must say that i have enjoyed reading everyones posts. I have been trying to lose about 40 lbs and no matter what i do i just cant seem to. I am 26 yrs old and i weigh 175 lbs. i've been going to the gym for about two months now and i still havent lost a thing. After reading all the posts about lipovarin i decided to order a bottle. i have received it, but i am kind of confused about how to take it. it said to take 3 pills twice a day, so does that mean 6 pills a day. please any input would help. thanks

Yes you can take up to 6 pills per day but I recommend you to start with 3 or 4 and see how it works. You may experience insomnia if you go with 6 from the start.

The second post from Kinng is not the person who started this thread. King is now on a different product. If you click on the number of posts under his name then you will see that he had no luck with Lipovarin.
