I tried 7DFB awhile ago and got nothing out of it however I wasn't excercising or anything, i have decided that i'm going to start it again tomorrow with exercise and a 7 day detox.
I'd love to hear from karmaqueen. How did you go?

It went pretty good I lost b/t 4-5 lbs but failed to work out with it. I could see it being easily gained back though. I have changed my plan of attack now. After reading these forums I have decided not to do the Orovo extreme, you have to take a ton of pills 3 times daily and that is not my style. Sooooo I have decided to do the 2-day diet pill, I read on the forum that literally everyone that has tried them has lost alot and kept it off. I ordered them from HGPILLS.com and just got my pills today, and I ordered on 5-4-08. Since I ordered the 2-day diet pill and the tea, and with all the talk on the forum about fakes and what not I called them to ask if they were real. They were super nice and helpful. I started them today, and I feel good no problem so far. No bad side effects I have seen listed. Razz

I have read about the 2 day diet pills and alot of what i've read has been negative (side affects wise). Be careful.

these are the best pills ive ever tried.i only take 2 pills b 4 brekky and lunch and have lost inches off my waist and heaps of weight off my legs that would never shift befor.only been taking it for 4 days.i think ive finally found wat ive been looking for.just wondering if i can keep taking it till desired weight?

Where did you get them from and how much for how many? Are you experiancing any odd aide effects?

i found them on ebay.cant remember the cost but they are well worth it for me.i dont do excersize.they give me more energy.if the weight keeps coming off,im going to be in a size 12 jeans soon.havnt been that size in 20yrs.ive tried zenicol and others but this is the best for me.i have a diet shake in the morning mixed with a banana and yoghurt and at lunch and dinner,eat whatever i like.the shake in the morning didnt take weight off quick enough.im happy taking the 2 tablets b4 brekky and lunch.make sure to drink a heap of water with them.it flushes out everything.honestly ive tried everything 4 years.i feel fantastic.ive seen negative feed back on these.i dont listen.give it a go.look up 7dfb pill on net and it will take you to their sight if no more on ebay.ill let you know wen im a size 12.

hey jules are you talking about 7dfb or the 2day diet? Because i know this is a 7dfb forum but karmaqueen mentioned the 2day diet pill n i started talking about that lol. confused now.
I tried 7dfb and lost about 5lbs but i was on a strict detox with it and taking 6 before breakfast n lunch. to be honest, i lose that much on detox without any pills.
let me know what you were talking about.

I bought these pills and the first day, after taking two doses, I couldn't sleep and my head felt like it was going to explode. Day two I felt alittle better but still couldn't sleep. I didn't lose any weight and went off the pills just so I could get some rest. I ordered two bottles so I will try again and see how I feel during this next week. I will post if I get any results.

My Weight Doc. told me water weight is caused from , dehydration ? ...when your dehyidrated your body holds on to the water ,like survival mode , and it's true . These pills your talking about do work but they are very dangerious also , because your body is already dehyidrated..... See what I mean ? ..think about it . This sounds totally crazy I know but when you have water weight ,you should drink MORE water and your body WILL let lose of that extra water , drink more water , drink more water , really . I did it and it makes perfect since and does work .Your body is storing it , because it thinks it's starving for water ( dehydrating) ..just like your body holds on to fat when you don't eat enough , it thinks it's starving . it should be safe to use all the reviews and research says its almost all natural. and i know it says almost so there is that risk of somthing happening, all you can do is try and if your body doesnt agree with it then stop using the product.

I have done the Atkins diet and have been very successful each time.. Over a year ago I weighed 297 at 6'3 .. I went on the Atkins diet and was very strict with it.. Less than 10 carbs daily.. within 4 months I weighed 225.. my lowest weight was 207. found that a good weight for me was 215... went off the diet for 6 months and gained 15lbs.. now at 230. ... read alot about the Orove diet pills and will try these with the diet...................... Does anyone know why it is so hard for a female to lose weight on the Atkins diet..? MY GF has a hard time losing weight on the diet....
