Hi, I was just wondering if anyone out there knew of a safe place to order ephedrine at online, it sort of is a pain to do it in person, so I thought maybe if anyone knew of a safe, secure, reliable place to order from online at, that they have used or know of someone that has used that site before that would be great! i buy all my stuff at buyephedraproducts.com... I use red rockets, 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the afternoon 5 days on 2 days off. At first it's a good kick in the pants but then I got used to it. I've lost 3lbs per week for the last two weeks and am seeing great results.

Thanks so much for getting back to me! I have read different posts and at different web sites that you need to back off it for a little while during the process, I guess your body is getting accustomed to it and you need to "jump start it again" at least that is what I have read, I really don't know a whole lot about it, I hope it works out for you! Me too!

I ordered mine from ephedrap57.com - yep, it's the one that everyone was talking about in other threads. It wasn't my first Ephedra experience - I was living in Utah where it's pretty easy to find, so I bought my first bottle in a store, decided I liked it & ordered more. The Looking Trim variety is pretty expensive if ordered thru the main website but with a little dedication you can find other sites offering it much cheaper, although they look a little sketchy. I just ordered more from the Looking Trim site - I think it's worth paying more simply because I've used them & know they are reliable. I opted for the 3-bottle order & used all of them! F.Y.I. My order took almost 2 weeks to arrive (their site says 2-5 days or something) so I finally called - turns out they were sold out & waiting for another shipment but couldn't tell me when. Luckily it came right after but it sounds like that happens a lot, so I would def. use a site that has a phone # for cust. service, not just an email - don't get ripped off!

And I agree, Ephedra takes some getting used to - it's not like the typical OTC stuff. I would watch out for the brands that have more than 10mg per pill too; as far as I know the most recent studies say lower doses are much safer. I found lots of brands that have 25mg, which I think would be a little much - not just unsafe but uncomfortable (i.e. jittery, heart palpitations, flushing, insomnia, etc.)

I take 1 pill upon waking, 1 right after lunch & sometimes 1 before an early-ish dinner, esp. if I'm dining out. My personal rule of thumb: don't take after 6 pm or it might be VERY hard to sleep! And I don't take for more than 6 weeks at a time; by then my stomach has shrunken & I don't really need it... My 3-bottle supply lasted over 6 months.
