Hello All, Today will be my official first day taking Lipovarin and I want to ensure I'm taking them correctly. Do you have to eat breakfast within a certain amount of time after taking the morning dose?? Also, your mid afternoon does, is that prior to eating lunch??

None of this may not even matter as long as drink water and exercise however, I thought I would ask. Better safe than sorry and I want to get this right the first time. I've been trying to lose the same amount of weight for years w/ no success. It has been a roller coaster ride. The end result has been gaining more than I lose Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I believe the instructions say to take them before the morning and afternoon meals.

i called the company and it doesnt matter if you take with food or without they said. The product works either way.
