Maybe Alli isn't for me?
As you can see from my logon that I am currently at 188 and trying to get back to 150. I have already lost 17 pounds and I have been adjusting my "life" for about 2 months now. I started Alli about 3 weeks ago and haven't really lost anything that I noticed that could be credited to Alli. I work out 3 to 5 times a week for an hour at a time and am always pushing myself. I eat very healthy I keep it at 1200 calories a day and less than 30 grams a fat a day. I eat 5 to 6 times a day and my 3 main meals usually have less than 10 grams a fat.
Could it be I am just not eating enough fat for Alli to work? There is no way i am upping my fat intake just for it to "start working" that just doesn't make sense.

No results after 3 weeks
Hi! I was on Alli for 3 weeks and followed the plan exactly. I was eating very healthy, taking the pills, and working out. In 3 weeks the scale did not budge. Not even one pound. It was bizarre because when I am that disciplined the weight usually melts off. It seems like Alli was preventing me from losing the weight. I was extremely discouraged! A friend I spoke with had the same results. We have both gone off and are just doing it on our own.

I've had the same thing happen as well. Been on ALLI for 2 weeks with no results at all and eating well. Usually with eating well I usually lose a couple pounds a week, so I think the ALLI prevented any weight loss. I'm going to try it again and switch things up a little, maybe it takes a little time for it to work on some poeple???
I believe that Alli work slowly and smoothly that is why we see no side effects of this product.Carry on with this product I think you will get better of it.
