Just started the 3 week program |
|

Hi guys,
After reading these reviews I have decided to purchase the 3 week program. I just started yesterday and hope to continue to post for others to make their decisions easier.
A little about me.... I am an avid Atkins follower. I am nearly 28 and have two kids. Atkins combined with running and weight training has helped me to get down to my prepregnancy weight of 145 lbs. However, even at that weight I wanted to lose 10-15 lbs! My mother recently passed away and I have been depressed and not following my plan and needless to say, have gained up to 10lbs(YIKES). So, I found myself at this forum looking into a program that others have had success with.
I try to walk my son to school everyday so I get in 20 miles each week. On top of this I try to run 10 miles and weight train 3 times a week. I recieved my package yesterday and started with the afternoon dose. So far the jitters seem just as most other supplement I have tried, pretty bearable. I also got back on my fitness and eating plans yesterday. Today I weighed in at 151 and am looking forward to seeing it get back to the 140s. I am sure it won't be long since I always had success with low carb, but I am really looking to break the plateau I always had at 145.
I will keep you all posted and anyone who would like to join me on this mission please feel free!

Thanks a_vic for the well wishes.
I am on my second full day of the program and have been nervous the last day or so. I think it is because I am not used to the caffiene. I hope it subsides in the next day or two. I found a great way to expel the energy thoug.....EXERCISE! Oh my goodness, once I get in a great run and some weight training, I feel much better. Now I have to figure out how to get rid of the afternoon jitters. I really don't want to work out twice a day. (not yet anyway)
My appetite has been shrinking and I love that! But being on the low carb is helping me a bit too. I graze all day if I feel the need to and that keeps me satisfied. Plus I must drink 100oz of water a day atleast. That is enough to keep you tummy full.
Talk soon,
Kristin

Well, it has been a full week of using the Lipovarin and haven't seen any results so far. I have fluctuated a couple of pounds but that loss didn't stick. I must say I haven't been quite dedicated to my diet, but I have worked out the entire time. The nervousness was gone after about the 4th day so that was good. I am going to give it another week and see how it goes.
Anyone send theirs back for a refund? How hard was it? Just in case!
Thanks,
Kristin
