Got my order from the yahooguy

Hi. I have just registered. I have been reading for a while - great site! Anyway, I have a question. I have ordered a couple of times from YGUY, but this time he has sent me forms again to fill out (I did this the very first time). Has this happened to anyone else? Plus one of the forms asks for credit card details. I pay COD and would not be happy providing my CC details like this. Does anyone know why he is sending them out again? Also, he says they only have 60 qty available at the moment, and the price he quotes is only a little under the 90 qty price.

Something is different. I just called yguy and my stuff didn't ship and they are being real slow over the phone which is different. This may all be coming to an end

I just got started with Chen, it's gonna be a mess trying to find a new reliable source at refill time.

Maybe they are having some kind of filing or records issues? The fact that they are super busy, re-sending bulk emails, asking for paperwork again, and making mistakes about the refill time frames makes me think maybe? *crosses fingers*

I wish they'd just tell people what the problem is though, it'd be alot better than everyone just thinking they are on the way down.

Gee I keep reading about others having paperwork problems with yguy so I see I'm not the only one. I am a first time orderer from yguy and sent all the paperwork then they said they were missing some forms so sent those then they said they couldn't read my drivers license and wanted to make sure I was old enough so I emailed that to them. So now I'm waiting, but I'm tired of waiting it's been weeks... I read so much about him he seemed like a good source, hope it hasn't gone away faster than I could get to it!

Yes, the yahoo guy is awesome.It seems like he is getting more strict about the forms he send to you because he seems not be taking orders anymore if the forms are not filled out, I guess he doesnt want to run the risk of being shut down, anyways thanks again guys and thanks to the yguy.

I dont blame the y guy 1 bit, as I know that if a company sends out meds without these forms or without a DR seeing you that they could loose thier lisence.

YGUY does not follow up on everything! YGUY takes the money and runs! Customers are specifically requesting that he not fill their order with the MP273s, he agrees to the request and then sends the total waste of money, garbage MP273s anyway. When most customers complain he does nothing to help. He could say we only have MP273s, which would be a lie, but at least then you have a choice to order them or not rather then getting a big dissapointment when you open your package from Medical Arts. I tried to open my package from Medical Arts before handing over the money order but was told by DHL that it is against rules. Even after explaining that there could be a problem with the order DHL still said no to opening the package before they had the money order in hand. So we can not count on being able to check the package before paying. I have read some people were actually able to check first, they were lucky.

The whole 'missing' forms issue is really bothering me. I am a repeat customer but now all of a sudden my forms are missing. This seems to be the case with a number of people. This is more then a coincidence. SO what happened to all our personal information? And what is with the credit card form - why on earth would you fill in this when you are paying COD? I do not like the feel of this, especially on top of the bad customer service. I will not be ordering from him again.
