Well, for all the people who are waiting for Dr. B to send the RX, do not hold your breath. I registered on October 2, 2007, I got an order confirmation email and the CC was charged $75.00. I never heard anything from them since then. I tried to call sever time, the message is recorded since OCT 8, and he claims that he is over worked. I was able to get through for one time only and actually a lady answered my call, before I even give her my order number to get a status update, she hangup one me. I am not really sure what is going on, I can not say for sure he is a SCAM! but after more than 2 weeks of waiting I finally called my CC company and disputed the transaction. I just can not wait any longer or deal with this UNKNOWN events. That is my experience, hope you will have better luck than me.

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I am getting so depressed. I hear good ,then bad, then good.
I don't know what to do!!! I will wait but geeez two weeks is a looong time. I got the same long long message...and I did get a lady as well when I called again..but she just told me to hold on and then I was placed in that looong voice mail again.
I'm getting so discouraged...I have friend in Tn that says it is very difficult for her to get anymore as well!!!!! I have a cousin in Texas but she says DR.B's office is 4 hours away...LOL... I would have her go there and get all our scripts!! Ha.
Oh well nothing I can do but wait...WEIGHT...WAAAA!

Keep calling.........you will eventually get a live person on the phone. I know this is not the most convenient thing to do, but call at different times of the day until someone answers. They will eventually answer and help you out.
It's frustrating but worth it.

I think you just have to call at the right time as they only take so many new patients per day. Someone posted when the best times are but I don't know which thread it was under..... and now that those times have been posted, they are probably no longer good times to call. lol.

All I can say is do NOT give up!!!

They WILL call it in or even mail it to you. It just takes time.

I was getting very frustrated, Betty called me one afternoon & said it would be called in right away. So I went to the pharmacy - HA - there was nothing there! I waited another day & still nothing. When I called Dr. B's office again the next day I got a voicemail with Betty giving out her cell phone #. She said it so fast I only got part of it. I hung up & called right back - Betty actually answered!! She put me on hold for several minutes, but there was NO way I was going to hang up!!! When she came back she appologized & looked me up right away. Basically to make a long story short when she printed out my information it had not printed out my pharmacy information (or anything else in the comment box) - so when she gave it to Dr. B there was not much he could do. Betty then wrote out my information to give to Dr. B. A couple hours later she called me back to let me know that she had called the pharmacy & I could go pick it up. When the pharmacist gave her a hard time she told them off!! Go BETTY!!! I picked it up with no problem.

They are not a scam & I am sorry people are having bad experiences, but they are working to improve the system. Unfortunately we are allcaught in the middle of it! It is fine to share your stories, that is what we are here for. But spewing such negative venum & calling them a scam helps no one.

Mayday - maybe this will work for you.

Have your script filled by Dr. B's pharmacy & shipped to your friend's house. Your friend could then turn & mail it to you. Their pharmacy is supposed to be a little more expensive & that would be a hassle, but it just might work!!

I got through at 6 a.m when I called and I live in missouri....Dr B also left me 2 different voice mails on my cell phone after he called in my meds. I was never available when he called so he just let me know he was checking up on me.

Yeah, they were really great with me too. I forgot to put in my pharmacy info so they called and got it. then that didn't work betty emailed me. It took another few days to get it called in, but I mean if you work at it, you'll get an answer. I picked it up and everything, no problems what so ever.

, they had a problem to fill it in my state, but was able to do it at a border state. Dr B is the best prayer
