How I lost 12 lbs of fat and gain musc. in 2 weeks
I have lost 12 lbs and gained about 3 lbs of musc. in 2 weeks. Is there a trick you ask? Actualy no. There is no secret you have known it all along. The way I lost this is by weight lifting about 3-4 times a week, running and doing some sort of exercise for about 1.5-2.5 hrs. You also have to eat right. I eat a bowl of oatmeal for break fast, a lunch that contains about 35-50g of protein with less than 40g of carbs. Now dinner is the biggie you got to look out for because what you eat at night before you go to sleap is what your body digests and store as fat. So i would recommend a light dinner and before you got to bed drink at least 16oz of very COLD WATER! This might sound hard to some but the trueth is, how hard you work and put into losing weight is how much you will get out. Plain and simple. For some like myself it is real hard to loss weight, so I go hardcore when I want to lose weight. I hope that this message doesn't discorage any body but drives you to be where you want to be when it comes down to your weight.
You have given good suggestions to loose weight fast.You have rightly said that we should adopt good food plan helpful in loosing weight .I think exercise is necessary to loose weight.Exercise will keep you sharp.
