question in re to Lipovarin and ephedrine?

When i was on trimspa after we couldnt get ephedra, i just ordered it sepearte and took it with my trimspa. Now that im on lipovarin, should i even attempt the ephedra pill? Im a little weary since the lipovarin makes me so very ill when i cant eat right away, plus i take 3 as opposed to the 2 when i was on trimspa, any thoughts? - i should also add, i dont get ill in the palpitations sense, its mostly naseau and feeling like i could pass out.
