Px90 is actually a really well put together program. You do see a lot of these "fitness program" on TV and god knows we're all pretty skeptical.

I started searching around to get some real feedback from people actually using the program. Take a look at this one guys blog. He's actually modifying the program a bit but it's good to see that it's actually legit (not to mention pretty tough workout system) Anybody else doing px90?

I used to have the Slim in Six DVDs but can't seem to find them anywhere! I don't want to buy another copy because I know I'll find it around my house somewhere. (I recently moved so my stuff is all over the place.) But I loved this program and started seeing great results after a few weeks.

Warning: you will be so sore after the first day, but it's amazing how much stronger you become after each session. I started out getting shaky and wobbly during the first 5 minutes and by the end of the second week, I could actually hold my own.

I really like the idea of combining strength training with cardio, rather than splitting it up like most programs suggest. It gets your heart rate up more than any other exercise I've tried. The problem for me is always staying motivated. Anyway, I just had to give my two sense about Slim in Six. If you can stick to it, I highly reccomend it, but try and find a used copy because it is really expensive.

The customer service at BeachBody is amazing! I have called them several times.
1. Billing question. (Extras add up in a hurry but the pull-up bar is genius.)
2. Recovery Drink order
3. Membership cancelation
4. DVD replacement (Lost two on a business trip but they quickly resolved that for me via a brief email dialog.)

They are polite and have always resolved my concern.
I was aware of the 30-day trail membership. During that period I was able to receive a 10% discount on the Recovery Drink mix (Smooth Orange is yummy). BTW, 30-days starts on the day you order not receive the product, that was a surprise but my plan was to cancel anyway. They ask you if you want additional products at the end of the call. I am so please with the P90X workout and my results so far, currently at week 5. It is a committment of an hour a day, but I love it!

I am 43 and size 8 from a 12... I can do push ups and pull ups. I dont think most women at this age can do that...

I have just started doing her workout about three weeks ago, I got it months ago and thought it was too tough on my knees. I have since changed my mind. Wow I am so sore and I am loosing inches galore. She combines cardio with muscle burning pilates type of exercises and the leg/ab workout is killer. I would recommed it!
