when do you guys take your pills with your food? the package says to take with a meal but not when... do you take it during, before, after your meal?

I bought the ALLI book. It says to take it with a meal, but if you forget then you can take it up to one hour after too. It will still work the same.

I take this tea Alli right after taking meals .I experienced that this way it works better than taking this tea after one hour after meal.This is an excellent product to loose weight.
