Count me in on the Hot Mama Diet! That so describes the point I'm at right now. I lost about 30 lbs. 2 years ago on a starvation/extreme low carb diet, lost it superquick, then gained it back. I am going to loose it in a healthy way this time! Everyone's enthusiasm is great and really motivating! Very Happy

Daisy, I did the SAME thing!!!! I did Jenny Craig after having my first baby, then low carb and lost all my weight and then some!!!!!!!

argh.......... we can do it right this time!!!!

Hot mama diet is a good product to loose weight .I have seen that this is a popular product and most of the people use this product to loose their weight.
