Oops I made a mistake |

I've been jogging for about 30 minutes, every day, on my treadmill, for the past 8 days.
Today I was kind of tired, and wanted something good to eat. So, I had three oatmeal cookies, with cream inside of them.
Is this going to ruin all the progress that I've made so far?
I hope not! |

Well, we all have falling into the little traps. I think the key is to have other routes to go when the cravings strike. I like to have carrots and a low fat dip.
You might want to get rid of those little goodies though. |
