Hello! I'm new and hopefully I will find some support here! I'm sure this forum will be just the thing I need to succeed in my try to lose weight.
At the elementary school and junior high I was teased because I was fat, but now I'm in senior high and it hasn't happened anymore. That's probably because people are a bit more matured and don't say things like "you're fat" straight to my face.
Being teased has leaved marks, and I really want to lose weight. Because of other people, but also because of myself, of course.
I have a dog, so I exersize regularly (3 walks a day; morning 15 min, after school 30 min, in the evening 30 min) because of that, I walk to school (1,5 km) and I'm a vegetarian (I eat dairy products and eggs, but I try to avoid them, if possible). Sounds good, but I probably have the worst sweeth tooth in the world. And not just sweet tooth, I eat chips like there's no tomorrow. At the worst, I can eat a 300g bag almost every day of the week!
So anyways, here are some things I've been planning on doing:
- Have regular mealtimes; breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner & evening tea
- Sleep well (8-8,5 hours/night)
- Finally stop eating chips and too many sweets. Maybe have a "candy day" on one day in the week?
I think those are the main things to change. They will make a great difference. How does it sound like? I'd love to hear tips on losing weight and other ideas, but I'll also surf around this website myself, reading about peoples experiences and learn about them!

Hey,
Be careful about your weight loss quest on the web. Do not spend money on things that will not work. YOU NEED TO ARM YOURSELF with knowledge.
My wife (Sue) and I are both overweight and put together a bunch of free knowledge on a website. We are not selling anything and welcome you to read the many articles to help you.
