|
|
This is not our folt if we are fat. Before I got baby I was 135lb and people
call me "Balarina". Yes, I was look thin! But now I am 185lb and same
people call me "Cow". You can imagine how I am sad! I tried everything.
I tried work out, diets and all pills even special by proscription. And nothing changed. How many times I was seating in MC Donalds playgraunds during my son play I wach: Thin ladys eat Hamburgesr, French Frys and even Ice cream after that and thay are thin! And I just
look and I am fat.
Some thing wrong in our bodys and Medicine can not helpe us yet, but
same companys make big money in our problem. |

I had done a google search , but the xenadrine they sold was the EFX formulas. They used the RFA to gain the trafic of people looking for that formula. The other links I found did not sell the product anymore, but still had the page on their site.
Would you send me some information on where you looked, please? you can send it to iamouttamymind@hotmail.com
I would greatly appreciate it.
You're only 10 pounds less than I- how much did you want to lose? I fluctuate with this last 20...134 to 154 weekly. This week I am 149. I have been taking prednisone for pneumonia...hate being on it because you gain weight so easy, but it is the only thing that clears up the infection in my lungs. |

my goal is 130, that what what i weighed when i got pregnant. i would also like to be 120 which is what i weighed the summer i was done highschool. so the plan is to aggressively diet to 130 and work on maintenance and lifestlye from there, and if i continue to lose, great!
Alla, i am concerned for you. i read that you only stuck with lipovarin for 5 days and now believe that it dosen't work and have stated so in several threads. if this is how long you tried dieting or working out, nothing will ever work. weight takes time to put on and so it takes time to lose it too. i never believe people who say they have tried everything, you may have tried but gave up and if you are just going to give up without really making an effort, don't bother trying, but don't complain either.

Yeah, you seem to be doing well. I need to get better at the maintenance part. Like you said, don't stop trying...
A big part of the problem with food is the bad things that are out there. Sometimes, the temptation to eat junk is more than that. It's about money, time, and effort. A pill is easier to take than it is to change eating habits. It is easy to pick up something quick. And less expensive to eat junk and refined foods than it is to consume what we should. My grocery bill this year is more expensive than last year. And I eat less, go figure. The list of groceries is mainly veggies, fruits, whole grain breads (organic), milk (1%), meats, low and no calorie drinks, and liquids without added sugars (flavored waters are my favorite). I used to buy many pre-packaged foods/other refined foods and I don't anymore and yet my food bill is at least 40 dollars more per week!
I think you are right Jen, it is consistency, effort and the refusal to give up even when you do fall occasionally... |

Alla, you have to change some of your eating habits too. One can't eat junk food and take a pill and expect it to work. The ONLY pill that allowed for weight loss and eat junk that I tried was Xenadrine RFA. I have spent a lot of money on diet pills over the years and tried many kinds of diets. I haven't found any other one that works like that yet. In the meantime, You have to change your eating habits too. It is not good to eat a lot of junk food anyway. They don't call it junk for nothing.
Try setting up an eating goal. Go all week long without eating out. Cook foods at home and try for wholesome foods, no refined foods, high fat, or fast food restaurants. Measure your portions and if by the end of the week, you have reached a loss of 5 pounds or more, then you can treat yourself, but don't go overboard. Portion size does certainly matter. When you are stressed, try exercise. Even walking every day for a half hour.
What my doctor recommended was the South Beach diet. The diet doesn't measure foods, but what is used is mainly wholesome foods. I tried that diet too and it does work. I tried it before I had my fundoplication (to fix GERD) and I had lost 22 pounds. What also works is Michael Furman's 6 week body makeover.
Make little chagnes, or set little goals, meet them and then go on to the next thing. |

body wraps |
|

I know nothing. But I read about one famous singer who lost a lot like this. And it wasn't body wrap advertisment, just fanny episod from his life.
And I read from Spa websites: "If you dont loose - You dont pay, just put one your clothes and go home". I think its make a sence.
Maybe somebody knows more about it?

| i just wanted to give my latest update on Xenadrine...i am feeling really great today. wearing a pair of jeans that i han't even looked at in a while and a bra that i love and thought i would never wear again. and i got a hair cut, which helps boost the moral when needed! i am only two pounds lighter than when i started, but that was less than 2 weeks ago, so i am not complaining! i find that i do have more energy and the nasty taste in my moth has faded, not totally dissappeared, but not as bad as it was. i have 3 bottles of Xenadrine EFX and i am only about 1/2 done the first bottle, but i am not sure if i should be taking a break between bottles or charging through...anyone got thoughts on that? jen |

| I believe on the back of the bottle, it might say whether to take a break from it after three months. I am not sure, but I do know that when I was taking the RFA, the bottle suggested not to take the product more than 3 months in a row. It said to take a month off then it would be ok to resume afterwards. I did not even take the suggested amount and I still took time off from it without gaining a pound in between. Some contents in herbal supplements should not be taken continuously. It might say so on the contraindications. |

my order |
|
|
I was so excited thinking I found a place with RFA...but Iamoutmymind is right. They just keep that up there to atract people and then they try and sale you something more expensive.
I was so disapointed.
needless to say I have no order. |
