During 2000 - 2002 we lost a tremendous amount of weight on a ephedra formula, but for us there were some side effects.

I had continuous uncontrolled sweating even when it was cold. I had a nearly constant stomach ache, and actually too much energy. It seemed like a herbal speed, but the weight I lost made it worth it at the time.

My wife's side effects included nervousness, hypertension, mood swings, and headaches.

Now that we started on Zylene we have lost several pounds each in one week, and so far we have seen NO side effects. This is the first ephedra-free product that has worked for us.

I amof the view that all the medicine used to loose weight has side effects more or less.I will never recommend pills for this purpose.We must consult doctor before going on dieting.
