Where can I get Ephedra in Europe especially in Ireland. Any one know of a place I can order it from. Looking to getting a boost on losing my 54" waist. doing the whole exercise thing, its murder and totally embarssing to be unable to run like I used to. The fact father had a stent fitted is not helping either for my outlook.
