Tips anyone? |

I would really like to lose alot of my weight.
I am at 260 pounds and would like to atleast knock off 60 and then go from there. If i can get to 200 pounds i would love that so much. Only problem is that im not a very photo type person so im hardly in any pictures of my friends. But i guess a friend of mine cought me off guard and took a photo of me and when i saw it i about puked from the looks of me.
What im asking from all of you nice ladies and gentlemen is your help and support. I need a workout i can do at home, i have a walker and a weight bench. so could any of you tell me a good workout with those 2 combined that would help me lose alot of weight (im also cutting back on the fast food and all that and eating healthy) but i just need some extra things i can do so i can lose weight even faster then just eating better and drinking water instead of those calorie filled soda's.
Any advice i would greatly appreciate. Dont be to harsh, im new to thise but i am willing to do any work out for any amount of time per day.
Thanks everyone for any help |

| you are lucky to have the exercise equipment! I like to exercise in front of the TV, so try walking through an entire hour show that you really like, you will have exercised for an hour and not even realized it! and then try challenging your self to run for a commercial and work your way up to all the commercials. i find i have to play little games with myself and keep thinking of new small challenges to keep myself interested. i also love exercise videos, but they aren't for everyone. hope that helps some! jen |

I agree with Jen. At you weight walking is probably going to be the best thing to start with.
I am 246 (after losing 27 pounds). I am walking and swimming.
If you do some exercise first thing in the morning you are supposed to have better results and increased energy all day.
When I first started exercising 7 weeks ago I would just do 15 minutes at a time twice a day. Start slow and work your way up to more so that you do not get too sore. Also, make sure that you are doing some stretching before walking.
Good luck! YOU CAN DO IT! |

| I would also recommend looking into the Suzanne Somers diet. It is extremely effective and easy to do. For more details, check out my post in the Caffeine Junkie Needs Some Help post. |
