I am on day 2 of trimspa. I feel great so far. Much more energy than I expected from an ephedra free pill. I am down 1 pound since yesterday though I was a little hungry today. I can't figure out if I am actually hungry or I am spending so much time thinking about what I will not be eating that I am making myself hungry. Any thoughts?

Yeah, i've noticed that my stomach is rumbling at night too, wanting food... try to ignore it, or drink some water to make you feel full at those inappropriate eating times.

otherwise, have an apple slice or something? i'm not sure...

I just try to guzzle water and ignore it until i fall asleep again.

of course, then I wake up because i have to pee... but--- oh well...

Yes,
Try getting some fruits and/or drink water. Eating at night is a killer for any diet.

yes, I suppose you could eat an orange or something. Get some vitamin C and put some food in your stomach.

A banana is filling too, come to think of it.
