Hi. i bought lipovarin about a month ago and i keep taking them for a few days then quit. I think it is because i cant swallow pills very well but i want to keep taking them! Can anyone give me advice?? And one more thing.. I am about 5'4 150 lbs and im 19 yrs old.. what is the average weight for someone my age and height??? Thanks alot!!

according to the BMI chart a healthy weight for 5'4 is between 108-142lbs. you can check you BMI and learn more at lots of other sites, i use the slim-fast site. jen
