My intro
I started my diet May 9.
I'm using Liquid Collagen (similar to Calogel) at night (3 hours after my last meal but just before bed) and in the morning (as soon as I wake up and waiting at least 1 hour before I eat) plus I'm using herbal appetite suppressants (mostly fillers).
I also cut some of the "heavy hitters" from my diet and have recently added walking with the goal of being a jogger again by the fall.
I started at 178 lbs and am down to 170. I think most of the weight loss is from not snacking at night and from the changes I made to breakfast and snacks. For example, I used to eat a bagel with 4 pats of butter and now I eat a bowl of oatmeal with flax seed in it. That's easily a savings of 300 calories right there.
My goal weight is 145. I don't have a set date for my goal but I kind of figure 2-3 lbs per week.
