Got my first bottle of lepovarin ...i will start it tomorrow...tried trimspa before SUCKS....let you know if lipovarin works.

This is my 3rd day...I am taking 2 in the morning 2at 1pm . I think i am eating less. Thats it for today keep you posted

No I do not exercise but I do walk 10/15 min everyday. I am 28 and 140 LB I really need to loss 20 LB.... I have tried so many other diet pill...nothing worked for me. This is my last try ... if I dont get any result from lipovarin I dont know what I will I do...I do not have any time for exercise....I have a very hard life.

Today is my 5th day...I am kind of filling sick not from lipovarin..from common cold and fever . Should i stop it for now and start again when i feel normal again?

Hi Light..I have a question for you. You know that I have started lipovarin over a week I stopped for few days then start again and from today I started to take 3/3 a day. Ok so what I want to know is I did not loss any weight yet but did not gain any either …BUT I am feeling lighter on my stomach portion is it possible that I have lost some fat from my lower abs without losing weight?

Sorry for the late response...
Is possible that your body to keep the same weight if the fat tissue melted and your body started to build up muscles. Your weight remains the same but the fat is gone and gets replaced by muscles.
How do you feel, did your muscular tonus improved?

well, i can give you an answer- anything is possible. if you've been working out at all, you may have gained muscle and therefore not shown any difference on the scale. or the pills could have reduced some bloating on your abdomin making you tummy seem smaller.

But i also would like to point out that it is not light's responsibility to answer all our questions. i believe this forum is so we can all help eachother out and light can focus on keeping the site clean and useful, offering insight when necessary. jen
